The BeQuadzilla programme uses Jame's "Afterburn" training approach, which uses higher volume workouts, shorter rests and a fuller range of motion. The majority of leg training also ignores time under tension and this is leveraged inside the 14 day plan
The main problem with most leg workout plans is that they focus too much on heavy squat and deadlifts which can really aggravate the lower back and the knees. With a high volume approach, and deeper range of motion you can use less weight to stimulate growth.
All of the Quad workouts will take 60mins or less, but you can squeeze these to 45mins by reducing rest periods further
2hrs a week max for leg training, it's up to you how many extra hours you do for your upper body. Don't be too "busy" because physique transformation is a big committment. You can't expect to do something that's inherently time consuming with no spare time
No. In my experience a modest extra protein intake daily for most men will be enough. 50g of protein across 2 meals, will give you 200 cals and this will act as a surplus for steady growth.
If you follow the BeQuadzilla plan, after 2 weeks you should see a visible difference, and be able to measure at least 1" / 2cm of extra girth across the quads!
